Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking detail-oriented individuals for a non-voice, non-technical research role. Freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience considered; strong English skills required and proficient internet researchers will fit best.

You will match articles using RealTime Tool and DVI, onboard contacts, collect degree and URLs, and gather university faculty information, with adhoc tasks as needed. This role is Bangalore-preferring and laptop & broadband are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduation from a reputed university.
• Freshers welcome; 0–1 year experience considered.
• Proficiency in English (oral & written).
• Strong internet research ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to meet deadlines with high quality; adaptable to work culture.

Responsibilities

• Article matching via RealTime Tool and DVI application.
• OnBoard new contacts to database.
• Collect and update degree information (degree year, institution, and highest degree).
• Collection of person specific URLs (used as article matching aid and in system scoring).
• Collect faculty information from University websites.
• Adhoc assignments as needed.

• Diploma or Graduation from any reputed university
• Freshers preferred. Any experience (0-1yrs) in can be considered
• Candidates must be proficient in English (Oral & Written)
• Good understanding of Internet research ability is a must.
• Ability to work independently with minimal follow ups for their assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Good learner; ability to grasp and think creatively when necessary
• Open minded, receptive, and adaptable to our work culture.
• Able to meet the required goals, with high quality and on time. Should be able to stretch timelines, when a need arises to meet deadlines.
