Shashwath Solution in India is seeking a Research Analyst Consultant. Freshers are welcome.

You will collect and compile faculty career histories from university sites, LinkedIn, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and other sources to populate the database. Responsibilities include onboarding contacts, updating degree information, gathering URLs, and performing ad-hoc data collection with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduation from a reputed university.
• Freshers preferred; 0–1 year experience considered.
• Proficient in English (oral & written).
• Good Internet research ability is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good learner with creativity when needed.
• Open minded and adaptable to our culture.
• Able to meet goals, with high quality and on time.

Responsibilities

• Article Matching via RealTime Tool and DVI application.
• Onboard new contacts to database.
• Collect and update degree information (year, institution, highest degree).
• Collect faculty URLs used as aid and in scoring.
• Collect faculty information from university websites.
• Adhoc data collection as needed.

We are a team of highly motivated professionals providing highest quality data, with shortest turnaround time.
We collect data related to Academic faculties studying in various universities of the U.S., affiliated to government or private aided organizations.
This job profile focuses on collecting Career history of such faculty members from many universities, manually from different websites like University webpages, LinkedIn, Science direct, Google scholar, etc.
Data collection includes personal information, articles, books, awards, salary etc. This data is collected & fed into our database through an Web application, based on classified affiliations (like university type, department type, degree type etc.)

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Graduation from any reputed university
• Freshers preferred. Any experience (0-1yrs) in can be considered
• Candidates must be proficient in English (Oral & Written)
• Good understanding of Internet research ability is a must.
• Ability to work independently with minimal follow ups for their assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Good learner; ability to grasp and think creatively when necessary
• Open minded, receptive, and adaptable to our work culture.
• Able to meet the required goals, with high quality and on time. Should be able to stretch timelines, when a need arises to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities, but not limited to the following :

• Article Matching via RealTime Tool and DVI application

• Collect and update of Degree Information (degree year, institution, and highest degree (usually Ph.D.)
• Collection of person specific URLs (these are used as an article matching aid and in system scoring)
• Collect faculty information from University websites
• Adhoc assignments as needed

Preferences :

• Candidate must preferably be located in Bangalore
• Laptop & Broadband connection is Mandatory
