TheCEEW’s Sustainable Water Programme informs policy-making for the sustainabledevelopment of water resources and their effective management through researchin areas of mainstreaming climate resilience in water security planning;circular economy in used water management and water bodies rejuvenation;sustainable development through policy coherence in food, land, and watersystems; and water accounting-based planning.
For its Sustainable Water programme, CEEW seeks to hire a p rogramme a ssociate (PA)/ research analyst (RA) with a strongunderstanding of climate risk assessment in the water sector in general, andthe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) system in particular. Thecandidate should also possess a sound understanding of the policy , governance, hydrology, social, and economiclandscape for sustainable water management; have a good grasp of the secondarydatasets required for risk assessments and water security planning; possessstrong skills in data analysis and research writing; and support theorganisation in expanding its network with government and non-governmentstakeholders in Indian states.
