• Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and customer-related documentation.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitors, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Finance for timely execution of customer requirements.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer queries.
• Participate in customer meetings, market visits, and sales activities as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
