Job summary

TestHiring invites you to lead CSR strategy and partnerships from Mumbai. You will design and implement comprehensive CSR initiatives aligned with our values, and collaborate with NGOs, government agencies, and communities.

You will ensure compliance with local and international regulations, monitor program impact with key metrics, and help embed sustainability into our business operations while staying abreast of industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CSR strategy, partnerships, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in designing and managing CSR initiatives.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards (GRI, UN SDGs).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, public policy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
