Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Reporting Specialist for its HR Technology – Workday Reporting and Analytics team. The role focuses on delivering Workday reporting priorities, building dashboards and analytics for HR leadership, and enabling data-driven HR decisions.

The candidate will work hybrid in India, with expertise in Workday Studio, PRISM, and data governance to drive strategic insights and training across HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data reporting and/or management.
• Workday reporting and PRISM experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects.
• Strong background in dashboards, data analytics, reporting and change management.
• Working knowledge of other Workday Analytics tools such as Discovery Boards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices and standards; create reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and integrations.
• Determine Workday Analytics Suite solutions from HR business and COE stakeholders.
• Develop Prism solutions, Discovery Boards, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Partner on HR Technology projects involving Workday reporting.
• Develop and deliver training on Workday PRISM reporting and analytics tools.
