Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Institutional Operations, Client Servicing, or Reporting.
• Experience in mortgage servicing is preferable.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.

Job description

• Ensureall client reporting deliverables and commitments are reviewed accuratelyand delivered timely.
  
• TheAnalyst will be responsible for addressing the Investor’s queries on time.
  
• Understandand analyze the payment histories and loan amortization to identifyinconsistencies.
  
• Analyse the collection of borrower funds andtimely remittance of funds to Investor.
  
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reportsregarding all cash deposits.
  
• Provide documentation to support all financialtransactions
  
• Assist internal andexternal auditing with the documentation.
  

Requirements

• A post-graduatedegree (preferably MBA in Finance) with a minimum of 2 years of experiencein Institutional Operations, Client Servicing, or Reporting capacity.
  
• Excellentanalytical skills and equivalent mortgage servicing experience ispreferable.
  
• Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to develop and maintaincollaborative relationships internally and with external clients.
