Job summary

Knotify Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced reporting professional to prepare periodic client reports for credit funds and support monthly/quarterly reporting packages. You will coordinate with internal teams to gather data, reconcile information, and automate templates using Excel tools.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in an international team environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in finance with substantial asset management reporting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic client reports for credit funds, including performance, market overview and financial summaries.
• Support monthly and quarterly client reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to maintain templates, automate recurring processes, and improve efficiency.

• Maintain controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in documenting processes, SOPs, and checklists.

Role & responsibilities

Prepare periodic client reports for credit funds, including performance, market overview and financial summaries.

Support the production of monthly and quarterly client reporting packages, ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and adherence to internal standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather portfolio data, performance metrics, and commentary.

Reconcile portfolio data across internal systems and third-party administrators.

Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to maintain templates, automate recurring

processes, and improve reporting efficiency.

Ability to analyze and understand reporting requirements and prepare accurate ad-hoc reports accordingly.

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention.

Maintain strong controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in documenting processes, maintaining SOPs, and checklists.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in asset

management, credit, private equity or similar environment.

Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio/investor reporting, and performance measurement.

Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).

The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.

A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure, and with multiple

stakeholders.
