Job summary

Snabbit is seeking a Senior Associate – Replenishment Planning to own inventory replenishment across a high-SKU, high-velocity environment. You will optimize stock availability while balancing working capital, ageing, and expiry, building processes from scratch and solving end-to-end operational challenges.

You will forecast demand, plan reorders, coordinate purchases, monitor inbound schedules, and maintain dashboards, with a hands-on approach and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, supply chain, procurement planning or demand planning.
• Hands-on experience managing inventory in a high-SKU, high-velocity environment.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, reorder points, safety stock and inventory health metrics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyse large datasets and build practical models.
• SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
• Comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being built and ambiguity is high.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently manage operational follow-through with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse consumption trends and forecast demand across consumable SKUs.
• Define and continuously improve reorder points, safety stock and replenishment quantities.
• Translate demand into purchase requirements and coordinate with vendors on order placement and fulfilment.
• Track purchase orders, inbound schedules and vendor commitments to ensure timely stock availability.
• Own metrics such as fill rate, stockouts, inventory ageing, expiry and excess/slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and partner locations and identify replenishment gaps.
• Build the foundational inventory and replenishment processes that are currently being set up.
• Create and maintain inventory dashboards and trackers to enable data-driven decision‑making.
• Identify recurring inventory issues, diagnose root causes and drive corrective actions with relevant teams.
