Job summary

Industry Pro is seeking a hands-on Repair Manager to lead and optimize the company’s repair operations. You will head the repair vertical, build teams for repair centers, and expand the provider network across locations while ensuring high-quality, efficient in-house repairs.

The role requires a strong techno-commercial mindset to manage a repair business and to develop SOPs and test benches for industrial automation repair. This position is based in India.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation required.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation repair.
• Strong techno-commercial know-how to manage a repair business.

Responsibilities

• Head Industry Pro's repair operations end-to-end.
• Manage Industry Pro repair vertical and run repair centers.
• Build and lead a repair team for multiple locations.
• Expand provider network for repairs across locations.
• Handle in-house repair cases with proficient repairing.
• Build SOPs & test benches for automation repair.
• Monitor and improve repair matrices for the vertical.
