Job summary

Industry Pro is seeking fresh graduates for a real on-the-job internship in Industrial Automation, DCS/SCADA systems, IoT, and IT/OT integration in India. You will work on live automation projects as an automation engineer and gain hands-on experience.

The program includes first two months of on-the-job training, followed by paid internship at ₹8,000 per month for selected candidates, with potential for permanent full-time opportunities for those who prove technical competence and commitment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&I, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop automation solutions.
• Work on PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and IoT-based projects.
• Develop PLC programs and HMI/SCADA applications.
• Participate in commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems at customer sites.
• Support industrial IT/OT integration and IgnitionSCADA projects.
• Interact directly with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-commissioning support.
