• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and support sales with renewal/order activities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on revenue, renewals, churn across lines.

Ideagen is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Renewals & Invoicing Specialist to join our Finance team in India.

This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end renewals and invoicing process, ensuring accurate order management, partner administration, Salesforce data maintenance, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver operational excellence, maintain data integrity, and support revenue retention objectives. The position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, sound administrative knowledge, and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal opportunities throughout the entire lifecycle, including Salesforce entry, renewal processing, and ensuring license files are issued accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Oversee customer Renewals opportunities management, invoice creation and administration, payment status tracking, and related financial processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order processing, support matters, and invoice-related queries.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across internal systems.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and process compliance, while supporting sales teams with renewal and order management activities.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly reports on revenue performance, sales pipeline, renewals, and churn across business lines.
• Support customers by responding to enquiries, coordinating internal escalations, and driving issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinating with different stakeholders for customer-related documentation, including renewal agreements, authorization letters, contractual documents, and other business records.
• Create, process, and track credit notes, ensuring alignment with internal financial systems and controls.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Customer Support teams to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
• Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficient management of renewal and invoicing activities.
• Ensure all reporting, invoicing, and administrative activities are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies, financial controls, and best practices.
• Support additional renewals, invoicing, and operational activities as required to meet business objectives.

Skills and Experience

• Experince of order entry within Salesforce.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting concepts, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience producing detailed reporting for senior management.
• Strong critical thinking skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research andresolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
