• Ability to work independently and manage a queue of assigned accounts without close supervision
• SaaS environment experience preferred; understanding of subscription billing, ARR, and contract terms is an advantage
• Salesforce and CPQ experience
• Familiarity with Ironclad or similar contract platforms
• Background in SaaS renewals or subscription operations
