CCTech seeks a motivated Renewable Energy Consultant to guide prospective clients from initial engagement to onboarding on the CCTech Green Energy Platform. You will blend electrical engineering knowledge with consultative selling to deliver value to clients pursuing sustainable energy solutions.

You will lead generation, develop proposals, perform energy audits, deliver platform demos, and manage client relationships, coordinating with product and engineering teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or relevant) with Renewable Energy experience.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
• Ability to develop data-driven energy proposals and ROI analyses.

Job Description

CCTech is looking for a motivated and technically sound Renewable Energy Consultant to join our growing Green Energy division. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients — guiding them from initial engagement through to onboarding on the CCTech Green Energy Platform. You will combine your electrical engineering knowledge with strong consultative selling skills to deliver real value to clients seeking sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and qualify prospective clients in the renewable energy and industrial sectors.
  
• Research target markets and generate leads through digital channels, referrals, and industry events.
  
• Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline using CRM tools.
  
• Initiate outreach to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  
• Conduct structured follow-up cadences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  
• Maintain timely communication logs and status updates in the CRM.
  

Proposal Development

• Create tailored, data-driven proposals aligned to each client's energy goals and infrastructure.
  
• Perform preliminary energy audits and ROI analyses to underpin proposals.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure technical accuracy.
  

Platform Demonstrations & Consulting

• Deliver compelling live demos of the CCTech Green Energy Platform to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Consult clients on platform capabilities, integration workflows, and energy optimization strategies.
  
• Address technical queries and objections with clarity and confidence.
  

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted renewable energy advisor.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, implementation, support) for smooth client onboarding.
  
• Gather client feedback to support continuous product improvement.
  

Requirements

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (or relevant) with experience in Renewable Energy Domain.
