Devop.One seeks an experienced Recruiter for a 100% remote position. You will partner with clients to understand hiring objectives, design customized interview stages, and source candidates via databases and social networks.

The role includes pre-screening, presenting profiles, and guiding offer negotiations. Ideal candidates boast 3+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, ATS experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably at a staffing agency.
• Excellent knowledge of market status, trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand strategic and hiring objectives.

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
