Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing for employees. Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely payments.
• Calculate salaries, tax deductions, and benefits contributions.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including tax filings and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary data for payroll processing.
• Prepare and distribute pay stubs, W-2s, and other payroll-related documentation.
• Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Perform periodic audits to validate payroll accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar systems).
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
