Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking a senior analytics leader to own end-to-end analytics for Product & Technology. You will mentor a high-performing team, establish data governance standards, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform Operations to drive platform reliability and value.

You will define measurement frameworks, lead KPI development, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Hybrid work with strong focus on analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, IT or similar required.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, or platform operations.
• 3+ years of leading or managing teams.
• Proven experience defining analytics frameworks for technology platforms.
• Strong expertise in operational analytics including reliability and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Defines and owns end-to-end analytics for Product & Technology.
• Leads performance management and annual reviews for the analytics team.
• Establishes best practices for metrics, reporting, and data governance.
• Partners with Product and Engineering to measure platform performance.
• Owns KPIs, OLAs, and product signals like retention and feature adoption.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Technology, or similar required. Advanced degree is a plus 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, or platform operations 3+ years of leading or managing teams Proven experience defining analytics reputed company and measurement frameworks for technology platforms or infrastructure systems Strong expertise in operational analytics, including reliability, performance, availability, reputed company planning, and cost optimization Hands-on experience with analytics, AI analytics, and BI tools and working with large, reputed company datasets Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and Platform Operations in a technical environment Experience translating reputed company technical and operational data into reputed company, actionable insights for senior leaders Working knowledge of SLAs/OLAs, KPIs, incident management, and operational risk metrics Experience collaborating with Data Engineering on data reputed company, pipelines, instrumentation, and governance Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with the reputed company product across multiple markets is appreciated but not required
