Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related functions, with a focus on CI and analytics.
• Proven expertise in deploying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable results.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
