Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is hiring an experienced Release & Delivery Manager to own end-to-end management of enterprise endpoint environments and large-scale deployments using WorkspaceONE/Intune. You will govern processes, coordinate across Engineering, Support, and Business teams, and drive delivery with Jira and AI-enabled acceleration.

Ideal candidates have strong governance, change management, and agile expertise (Kanban/Scrum) and hands-on experience with EUC environments and MDM platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in program, release and delivery management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and release coordination.
• Knowledge of EUC environments and device lifecycle.
• Strong governance and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full release lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and validation.
• Define release windows, rollout strategy, and deployment plans.
• Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes.
• Drive large-scale deployments via endpoint management solutions (WorkspaceONE/Intune).
• Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Support, and Business teams.
• Track and manage releases using Jira and related tooling.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate deliverables of Self and Team.
• Deep understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum).
• Experience with Workspace ONE or similar MDM platforms.
• Strong governance, change management and risk control.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and release coordination.

Key Responsibilities
