NTT DATA is seeking a Release Manager to join our Bangalore team in Karnataka, India. You will oversee Salesforce release processes, manage Copado pipelines, and coordinate deployments across multi-org environments.

The role demands hands-on experience with Copado, Salesforce DX, and DevOps best practices, plus strong stakeholder communication in an Agile/Scrum setting. This position offers opportunities to influence delivery and work with global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on with Copado.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management.
• Experience with Copado pipelines, promotions, back-promotions, and release orchestration.
• Experience resolving merge conflicts and metadata dependencies.
• Knowledge of branching strategies (Feature, Integration, UAT, Production).
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices.
• Experience configuring quality gates, automated testing, and deployment validations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Experience managing multi-org Salesforce deployments and DevOps Center.
• Experience integrating Jira with Copado.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado
