Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Bengaluru, India seeks a Salesforce Release Management professional with Copado expertise to lead deployment orchestration across multi-org environments.

You will coordinate with DevOps, QA, and product teams, manage pipelines, and ensure quality gates and automated tests are in place. Candidate should have 4+ years in Salesforce Release Management or DevOps, plus hands-on Copado experience and strong Jira integration skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management.
• Experience with Copado pipelines, promotions, back-promotions, and release orchestration.
• Experience resolving merge conflicts and metadata dependencies.
• Knowledge of branching strategies (Feature, Integration, UAT, Production).
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices.
• Experience configuring quality gates, automated testing, and deployment validations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Experience managing multi-org Salesforce deployments and DevOps Center.
• Experience integrating Jira with Copado.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Release Management - Copada to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience
