Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management.
• Experience resolving merge conflicts and metadata dependencies.
• Experience with Copado pipelines, promotions, back-promotions, and release orchestration.
• Experience managing multi-org Salesforce deployments and DevOps Center.
• Experience integrating Jira with Copado.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Release Management -Copado to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado
• Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management
• Experience with Copado pipelines, promotions, back-promotions, and release orchestration
• Experience resolving merge conflicts and metadata dependencies
• Knowledge of branching strategies (Feature, Integration, UAT, Production)
• Experience with Git-based version control systems
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices
• Experience configuring quality gates, automated testing, and deployment validations
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Experience managing multi-org Salesforce deployments and DevOps Center.
• Experience integrating Jira with Copado
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Certifications

• Copado Fundamentals Certification or Copado Administrator or Developer Certification
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Preferred)
