Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applicants to ensure adherence to the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with farmers, tractor dealers, and rural communities to expand the bank’s used tractor loan portfolio.
Provide expert guidance and customized financial solutions to customers based on their specific needs and repayment capacity.
Coordinate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
Monitor loan repayments and proactively manage delinquent accounts to minimize non-performing assets.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy initiatives to promote the bank’s products and services.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
