• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in agricultural financing, preferably with exposure to used tractor loan products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers interested in financing used tractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct detailed credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applicants in accordance with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with tractor dealers and agricultural equipment suppliers to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Facilitate end-to-end loan processing including documentation, verification, sanctioning, and disbursement for used tractor loans.
• Monitor loan repayments and coordinate with the collections team to manage overdue accounts effectively.
• Provide expert advice to customers on loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria tailored to agricultural financing needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to recommend product enhancements and competitive pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards related to agricultural loan disbursement.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, loan portfolio quality, and customer feedback for senior management review.
• Conduct field visits to assess the condition of used tractors and verify the authenticity of collateral and customer information.
