Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank in India is seeking a proactive Sales & Relationship Manager to strengthen existing client relationships and drive growth across BFSI products. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and conduct client meetings to promote savings accounts, loans, and cards.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will resolve client queries, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and deliver excellent service to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the BFSI industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
