Job summary

RO-MSME -Exp Min 1 year in MSME / LAP business Loan, MSME secuired loan-

DST, should be handling direct market sourcing, Understanding of MSME / LAP

Product, Documentation, Sourcing mechanism. Candidate must be working in these

product, exposure in affordable MSME / Affordable LAP is mandatory.

RO-Housing Loan - Exp Min 1 year in Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan, secured

loan- DST, should be handling direct market sourcing, Understanding of HL ,

Documentation, Sourcing mechanism. Candidate must be working in these product,

exposure in affordable HL / Affordable HL is mandatory

( NO -Personal loan , Credit card , Fresher, & Unsecured Loan back

ground candidates )

Grade - Executive / Senior Executive / AM 1

Salary will depend upon the basis years of experience and last CTC, maximum 3 -4lpa monthly CTC + fuel allowance+ Mediclaim + Term Insurance

Qualification - Graduation is must. ( Any Stream )

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required with proper relieving letter.

Not working people should not have gap of more than 4 Months. They have to join on similar CTC.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for quality customer acquisition as per product bouquet of the business. Adherence of the process and policies of the Bank while maintaining banking relationship with customers with close coordination with relevant teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target.
• Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery.
• Monitor the loan portfolio conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures & practices and continuously contribute to their improvement.
• Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting.
• Understanding customer needs and responding to customer queries & issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Completion of loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signature and notarization; collecting fees.
• Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
