Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company in Chennai seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive life insurance product sales. You will engage customers, position products using need-based selling, and ensure timely closure of qualified leads.

In this role, you will attend regular performance review meetings with the Area Manager, adhere to compliance norms, participate in training, and host customer events to strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to attend training and self-development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target on life insurance products.
• Participate in weekly / monthly meeting on performance review with the Area Manager.
• Adopt a need based selling approach for product positioning with customer.

• Take active interest in self development needs and participate in technical, product and skills training.
• Owns the problem / process with the customer. Closes the loop.

• Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationship
• Attend training and keep abreast of product and service developments
