Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in Gurugram seeks a customer-focused professional to manage service requests including account openings and product information. You’ll engage with customers to resolve grievances, promote liability and asset products, and support DMAT account onboarding where applicable.

• Provide value-added recommendations to customers beyond their immediate needs.
• Back-up to relationship managers handling high-net-worth clients as required.
• Drive customer acquisition through referrals and proactive outreach.
