Job summary

IIFL Finance is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead business development, customer service, and compliance at select Pune locations in Maharashtra. You will drive home loan growth through direct sourcing, connectors, builder tie-ups, and open-market channels, while building strong relationships with customers and builders to maximize value.

You will lead, train, and motivate the sales team, recruit high-performing talent, and implement strategies to achieve branch targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of home loan or mortgage sales experience.
• Exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
