Job summary

Role Overview

A Relationship Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales of banking products like CASA, loans, insurance, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts / Current Accounts (CASA)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Cross-sell banking products such as:
• Loans (Personal, Home, Business)
• Insurance
• Credit Cards
• Investment products (FD, RD, Mutual Funds)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct field visits, cold calling, and lead generation
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable financial solutions
• Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
