Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with assigned PSU Bank branches.
• Generate Life Insurance business through bank referrals and leads.
• Conduct joint meetings with bank staff and Branch Managers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
• Ensure compliant, quality sourcing with proper documentation.
• Train bank staff on Life Insurance products and processes.
• Increase branch activation, lead generation, and customer penetration.
• Follow up on proposals, medicals, underwriting, and policy issuance.
• Provide post-sales servicing and renewal support.
• Maintain persistency and renewal collections.
• Submit daily MIS and sales reports to management.

Job Purpose

Drive Life Insurance business through assigned PSU Bank branches by building strong relationships with Branch Managers, Bank Officers, and customers while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned PSU Bank branches.
• Generate Life Insurance business through bank customer referrals and leads.
• Conduct joint customer meetings with bank staff and Branch Managers.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
• Ensure quality business sourcing with proper documentation and compliance.
• Train and motivate bank employees on Life Insurance products and sales processes.
• Increase branch activation, lead generation, and customer penetration.
• Follow up on pending proposals, medicals, underwriting, and policy issuance.
• Provide post-sales servicing and renewal support to customers.
