Job summary

Skillventory in Mohali, Punjab, seeks a Bancassurance and Life Insurance Sales professional to build and manage relationships with bank branches, drive life insurance sales, and generate leads from the bank's existing customer base.

The role requires coordinating with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers, delivering customer meetings to assess needs, promoting protection, savings, retirement plans, and ensuring compliance with IRDAI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in bancassurance and life insurance sales.
• Ability to generate leads from bank customer base and convert them to policyholders.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing relationships with bank staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with bank branches and bank staff to generate life insurance business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the bancassurance channel.
• Generate leads from banks' existing customer base and convert them into life insurance customers.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other bank officials for business generation.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Drive sales of protection, savings, investment, retirement, and child-focused insurance plans.
• Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products, sales processes, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain regular branch visits and ensure maximum lead generation and conversion.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, renewals, and customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide after-sales service and support to customers for policy-related requirements.
