Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new SME clients through DSA channels and direct sourcing.

• Manage end-to-end loan processing including documentation, credit coordination & disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Ensure portfolio quality and timely follow-ups for post-disbursement activities.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in lending / financial services.

  • Good communication & relationship management skills.

  • Stability in past roles (no education or career gaps preferred).
