• Loan Handling: Oversee end-to-end Commercial Vehicle loan processes from onboarding to disbursement.
• Loan Processing: Facilitate the complete loan process with documentation, verification and approvals.
• Collections Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address delinquencies.
• Market Development: Explore and develop new market areas and gather market intelligence.
• Sales Generation: Identify and create new market opportunities to drive sales and expand the customer base.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and clients.

• Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain the existing portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) customers, ensuring consistent engagement and service delivery.
• Loan Handling: Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans (both new and used), from customer onboarding to loan disbursement.
• Loan Processing: Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing, ensuring smooth documentation, verification, and timely approvals.
• Collections Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address arrears to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies.
• Market Development: Explore and develop new market areas, gathering relevant market intelligence to support business growth and strategy.
• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and create new market opportunities to drive sales and expand the customer base.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
