Job summary

Bharat H.R in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced equity broking sales professional for a Trading & Client Advisory role, offering up to 7 LPA per year. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Candidates must have a Graduate degree, 1–4 years in equity dealing or financial sales, and NISM Series VIII certification. Fluency in English and a local language, strong capital markets knowledge, and proficiency with trading platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Trading & Execution: Execute buy/sell orders accurately on terminals, maintain trading volumes, and manage margins.
• Client Advisory: Provide market updates, recommend suitable investment strategies, and handle client queries.
• Business Development: Acquire new clients and achieve monthly sales targets through active engagement.
• Product Distribution: Cross-sell financial products including Demat, Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, and Insurance.
• Compliance: Ensure all trades and operations comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
