Job summary

Godrej Industries Group is seeking a finance professional to generate opportunities in Construction/Project Finance for real estate developers. You will build strong ties with developers, builders, and consultants, while capturing detailed customer needs such as project costs, funding requirements, and repayment structures.

You will assess potential projects and prepare comprehensive credit proposals, coordinating with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure timely

• Experience in sourcing and assessing real estate financing opportunities.
• Ability to prepare complete credit proposals with project details.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management within real estate ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring real estate developers and builders requiring Construction Finance / Project Finance solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, consultants, and other key stakeholders within the real estate ecosystem.
• Understand customer requirements in detail, including project profile, funding requirements, project costs, cash flow projections, approvals, and proposed repayment structures.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of developers and projects to evaluate business potential and suitability before submission for detailed evaluation.
• Prepare and submit credit proposals with complete customer profiles, project details, financial information, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely sanction of proposals.
• Conduct regular market intelligence on property prices, construction activity, competing lenders, regulatory developments, and emerging real estate opportunities.
