• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to grow liabilities, investment products, mutual funds, and retail banking business.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for TPP, CASA, FD, MF, PMS & IFA products to increase revenue generation.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through portfolio management to provide tailored solutions.
• Handle HNI client queries related to wealth management services such as Elite/Platinum/Premier selection criteria.
