Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Maharashtra is seeking a Relationship Manager - Retail to drive new customer acquisition and promote retail financial products through field visits and channel partners.

You will build long-term relationships, understand customer needs, coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing, meet sales targets, and maintain CRM records, adhering to KYC norms and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and channel partners.
• Promote retail financial products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other retail lending products.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure timely collection of customer documents and completion of application formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business activities in CRM systems.
• Assist in portfolio management and delinquency control.
