Dream Solution Indore is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to serve high net worth clients in Mumbai, building trusted advisor relationships and tailoring solutions across insurance, investments, retail assets, and cards.

The role focuses on networking within the community to grow the client base, understanding client needs to offer cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in relationship management or sales role with a focus on HNI/UHNI customers.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, regulations, taxation laws & policies governing mutual funds industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong rapport with high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra HNI clients to generate revenue through cross-selling of various financial products such as insurance, investment advisory, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, etc.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community and leveraging existing contacts to expand client base.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in an efficient manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
