Job summary

Godrej Wealth in Delhi is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to serve HNI/UHNI clients, guiding them through wealth journeys with tailored financial solutions and high service standards.

You will acquire clients, build long-term relationships, provide investments across mutual funds, PMS and AIFs, and collaborate with research and product teams to deliver insights while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on building and managing relationships, understanding nuanced client needs, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire HNI/UHNI clients through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach. Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted financial partner.
• Provide tailored solutions across Mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs by understanding client goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
• Build customized portfolios and proactively rebalance them based on client goals and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high-quality investment insights and advisory solutions.
• Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.

Role Requirements:

• Graduate/ Postgraduate in Finance, commerce or related field.
• 8+years of experience in Private Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, Mutual funds, PMS, insurance, and other financial instruments.
• Good client-facing, relationship building, and communication skills.
