Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager for Secured & Unsecured Lending across multiple states. The role focuses on expanding micro markets, building strong referral partner networks and delivering end-to-end loan processing with customer-centric service.

The incumbent will establish relationships with customers, activate partners for new business, and ensure compliant lending practices while representing the company in the marketplace.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years in Retail Assets, especially Home Loans and LAP.
Exposure to Affordable segment is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify new micro markets and empanel quality referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Gold-backed secured loans.
Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
Cold call to potential customers to generate business.
Conduct daily sales calls as per plan submitted to BBM.
Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners/connectors.
Activate referral partners for new business opportunities.
Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office.
Support customers in end-to-end loan processing and act as bridge between customers and branch.

7 Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
To Activate Referral Partners for new business
To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
To learn the Organisation’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organisation while working in the Market for new opportunities, competition information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
Retain existing live loan customers.

8 Skills and Exposure

A result oriented individual with Positive Mental Attitude with Integrity, willing to put hardwork.
Atleast 5 years experience in working in Retail Assets especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property business.
Exposure to Affordable segment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
