PeopleStrong is seeking a Relationship Manager for Secured & Unsecured Lending in Tamil Nadu. The role emphasizes expanding micro markets, empaneling referral partners, and delivering doorstep service for end-to-end loan processing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Home Loans or Mortgage lending, strong communication skills, and a proactive go-getter attitude with experience in handling multiple stakeholders across branches.

Qualifications

At least 5 years experience in Retail Assets especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Exposure to Affordable segment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Be a Go-getter with proactive attitude.
Working knowledge of Affordable Home Loans / Micro LAP business exposure, preferable.

Responsibilities

To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
Cold calling to the potential customer base to generate business
Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM
To nurture and develop excellent relationships with Referral Partners / Connectors
To activate Referral Partners for new business
To provide doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office
To learn the Organisation’s policies and source files as per policy
To act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organisation while working in the Market for new opportunities
To support customers in end-to-end loan processing
To act as the bridge between customers and the Branch
To be responsible for Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing
To cross-sell Insurance to loan customers
To be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned

Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)

Skills and Exposure

A result oriented individual with Positive Mental Attitude with Integrity, willing to put hardwork.
