Job summary

Saison International in Suryapet is seeking a Relationship Manager - LAP to originate, develop and manage client relationships for Loan Against Property products in the Suryapet region.

You will meet sales targets, conduct financial due diligence, present loan proposals, collaborate with credit and operations, and provide excellent service while leveraging CRM tools to track progress and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales or relationship management experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of LAP product lifecycle: origination, underwriting, disbursal.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Willingness to work in Suryapet and Telugu-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the Suryapet region.
• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to maximize business opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to credit committees, articulating the client's profile and the merits of the application.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP disbursements and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth processing and sanctioning of loans.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes pertaining to the LAP sector.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
