We are hiring a high-performing Relationship Manager to drive our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. This role focuses on acquiring high-ticket customers, managing local Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and expanding our secured lending presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Business: Acquire high-ticket LAP customers via DSAs, open market connectors, and direct sales channels.
• Channel Management: Onboard, train, and manage networks of DSAs and market connectors to maintain consistent lead flows.
• Client Advisory: Evaluate financial profiles, gauge property eligibility, and structure loan solutions matching client requirements.
• File Execution: Drive end-to-end processing by liaising with credit, technical, legal, and operational teams for fast log-ins and approvals.
• Compliance & Cross-Sell: Collect pre-sanction and post-disbursement documents (PDD) while cross-selling insurance, CASA, or financial products.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Graduation or MBA from an accredited university.
