Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager for PMS and AIF sales in the B2B segment. The role focuses on onboarding MFDs and IFAs, maintaining partner relationships, and supporting joint client engagements with HNIs to drive growth.

Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, conducting product trainings, and executing sales strategies to maximize AUM in the designated regions. A background in equity markets, AIF, and PMS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA preferred (Finance/Marketing).
• 4 to 8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and IFAs.
• Serve as the primary contact for MFDs, updating them on scheme performance and market trends.
• Support partners by joining them in meetings with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-HNIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Drive revenue and market penetration in the assigned region through sales strategies.
• Motivate MFDs to participate in knowledge sessions, product presentations, and training.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Empanelment: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
• Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MFDs, keeping them updated on scheme performance and market trends.
• Joint Client Engagement: Support partners by accompanying them on joint meetings with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-HNIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Business & AUM Growth: Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize market penetration in assigned region.
• Product Training: Motivates MFDs to participate in knowledge sessions, product presentations, and training to equip MFDs with the right sales tools.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or MBA preferred (Finance/Marketing)
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity markets,AIF and PMS
• Soft Skills: Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.
