Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager for PMS and AIF sales in the B2B segment, with offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

The role focuses on expanding the partner network and driving revenue through strategic collaborations with MFDs and IFAs. You will onboard partners, manage ongoing relationships, and support joint client meetings with HNWIs to present PMS/AIF products. Training and knowledge-sharing sessions will empower partners to close more business.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred.
• 4–8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, AIF and PMS.
• Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B MFDs and IFAs.
• Act as primary contact for MFDs, keeping them updated on scheme performance and market trends.
• Joint client engagement by accompanying partners on meetings with HNWIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize market penetration in the assigned region.
• Motivate MFDs to participate in knowledge sessions, product presentations, and training.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Empanelment: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
• Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MFDs, keeping them updated on scheme performance and market trends.
• Joint Client Engagement: Support partners by accompanying them on joint meetings with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-HNIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Business & AUM Growth: Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize market penetration in assigned region.
• Product Training: Motivates MFDs to participate in knowledge sessions, product presentations, and training to equip MFDs with the right sales tools.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or MBA preferred (Finance/Marketing)
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity markets,AIF and PMS
• Soft Skills: Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.
