Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager for PMS and AIF sales in the B2B segment (IFAs, and wealth management firms). Location: Mumbai & Ahmedabad. Budget: 10-12 Lacs.

Key duties include partner acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, joint client engagements with HNIs, and driving AUM growth. Candidates should have 4–8 years in B2B channel sales and strong knowledge of equity markets, AIF and PMS.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment.
• Strong understanding of PMS/AIF products and equity markets.
• Graduate or MBA preferred (Finance/Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and IFAs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for MFDs and share market trends.
• Support joint client meetings with HNIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Drive revenue and market penetration in the assigned region.
• Motivate MFDs through product trainings and sessions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Empanelment: Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
• Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MFDs, keeping them updated on scheme performance and market trends.
• Joint Client Engagement: Support partners by accompanying them on joint meetings with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-HNIs to pitch PMS/AIF products.
• Business & AUM Growth: Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize market penetration in assigned region.
• Product Training: Motivates MFDs to participate in knowledge sessions, product presentations, and training to equip MFDs with the right sales tools.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or MBA preferred (Finance/Marketing)
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of B2B channel sales experience in MFD segment
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity markets,AIF and PMS
• Soft Skills: Excellent consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.
