Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking an experienced Gold loan sales professional in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra to identify potential customers and drive branch visibility through field marketing and local visits.

The role focuses on educating customers about gold loan products, guiding KYC submission per RBI norms, and maintaining a strong follow-up rhythm to control NPAs while growing gold loan volumes and related products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers requiring gold loan.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conduct sales activities to improve branch visibility.
• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
• Guide customers on submitting required documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan and monitor branch field marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads and conversions.
• Keep NPAs in control through strong follow ups for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.

• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to improve branch visibility.
• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
• Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion branch growth.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
