This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector. This position demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to deliver customized banking solutions that align with clients' financial goals while contributing to the bank's growth objectives.
