Job summary

Docdort is seeking a Relationship Manager (CRM) to nurture post‑sales relationships across Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Bangalore. You will coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance and Accounts to ensure seamless customer service and timely follow‑ups.

You will handle customer queries, manage collections and documentation, monitor project progress and registrations, and maintain accurate CRM records to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of CRM/Post‑Sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer handling, collections, possession, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities
